How we've grown
Leads To You started life on Justin's kitchen table in 2009. Within a year, Justin's Father, James, had joined the company as a director, and the kitchen table was very quickly replaced with a board room table as the company started to grow.
The business problem we wanted to solve:
There were far too few companies supplying genuinely high-quality business leads, and far too many who simply believed that high volume could hide their inadequacy. The outcome was that those receiving these leads were making huge amounts of cold calls to utterly uninterested prospects.
The solution we wished to deliver:
To generate a high volume of top quality inbound business leads for our customers; those featuring potential customers who had shown a genuine interest by already having searched for the product or service being offered. In this way, our clients' conversion rates would increase - often dramatically.
The process we followed:
We brought together a talented team with serious digital marketing expertise. We then undertook a rigorous lead qualification process, one that involved calling every lead to ensure their genuine commitment. Filtering out around 80% of possibilities, we could then supply our clients with a leads featuring only those genuinely keen to use their products or services.

Our clients love this measured approach. Thus, within a few years, we have grown substantially, as clients appreciate the quality of genuine leads we are providing. Word spread; we diversified into many more business sectors; we added substantially to our original team. Having long outgrown our kitchen table, but not our commitment, this is where our 2015 purchase of the building which now houses our office came in. Marketing and Sales Manager
Graham oversees digital marketing at Leads To You, using the latest online marketing techniques to ensure a continuous stream of high quality leads is delivered to clients across a range of sectors.
Jason oversees the day-to-day running of Leads to You and ensures our in-house qualification team are always focused on supplying high volume, high quality leads to our clients.
James has been a director / co-owner of Leads To You since 2010 and oversees the sales team and finance operations within the company.

Greg oversees all of Leads To You's internal and external systems, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve by utilising the very latest in web development technology
Katja joined the Leads To You in 2011, establishing the Finance and Accounting function within the company and ensuring a culture of compliance and prompt payment remain a high priority.
Head Of Strategy
Georgia manages the overall strategy for the business, working on various projects across all areas of the business to build a structure that enables the business to continue to grow and hit targets.
